800–HPT-V COMES WITH A NUMBER OF ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
  • The punching machine can be operated manually or automatically.
  • In manual mode, the operator can process workpieces for which there is no program or that are custom-made.
  • In automatic mode, the punching machine is programmed at the control terminal or via the Ethernet interface.
  • Up to 30 – optionally up to 99 (extra charge) – different dies can be defined, * Up to 30 – optionally up to 99 (extra charge) – different dies can be defined, saved and managed. A subsequent conversion from 30 to 99 memory locations is not possible.
  • The die management function is password-protected.
  • Data can be written directly into the machine programs via an on-site OPC connection. The program can be started directly at the machine.
  • The punching machine has all the properties of a semiautomatic machine, i.e. workpieces can be processed with computer/software assistance via the Ethernet interface.
  • However, the actual handling of dies, workpieces and the machine itself is done manually by the operator(s).
  • Edge searching function: This function finds the middle position between two reference points. This is ideal if a workpiece is dimensioned from the center and the workpiece edge to be the reference point.
  • The automatic braking function allows the operator to enter the desired punching position at the control terminal. Once the workpiece has been adjusted along the X/Y axis and the selected punching position reached, the brakes are automatically applied (3/10 tolerance) and punching can begin.
